The six steps
Same order every time, whether it is a one-off lot or an annual contract.
Site walk and waste audit
We visit the plant, list every stream by weight and grade, and photograph the yard as it stands today.
Rate card and agreement
You get a written rate for each material, the lifting frequency and the payment terms. Nothing moves before it is signed.
Bins, manpower and collection
Bins are placed at source and our team runs the collection round on a fixed schedule so the shop floor stays clear.
Segregation and weighment
Material is sorted into saleable grades, then weighed on a calibrated bridge. Gross, tare and net go on the slip.
Processing and recycling
Bales and metal lots go to registered recyclers, and you get the paperwork showing which ones.
Payment and compliance pack
Payment is released against weighment, and you receive invoices, weighbridge slips and recycler receipts for the month.

Skilled crew loads at your site
Our own trained labour works the pick-up point, so your people are not pulled off the line to load a truck.

Moved on our fleet
Own and attached vehicles, matched to the material. Loads run to schedule rather than waiting on a third-party truck.

Segregated by stream
Metal, paper, carton and plastic separated by type. Mixed material is worth a fraction of sorted material, so this is where the value is made.

Carton and paper pressed into bales
Loose carton is mostly air. Pressing it into dense bales is what makes a load economic to move and ready for a mill to take.

Weighed on a calibrated bridge
Gross, tare and net recorded for every lot, so the figure you are paid against is one you can check.

Delivered by our crew
The same skilled labour unloads at the drop site, so the lot arrives the way it left.

Reprocessed by registered recyclers
Metal is melted at furnaces and rolling mills, paper and carton are pulped at mills, and plastic is granulated into flake by registered processors. We route and document this stage; we do not run the plant.
We do not take hazardous waste of any kind. That work needs State Pollution Control Board authorisation we do not hold, so we will say so plainly and you will need an authorised handler for that stream.

Diversion only counts if you can name the destination.

At month end you get a recovery statement: tonnage lifted by stream, where each stream went, and the certificates for anything that legally needs one.
