How a lot moves
From the first site walk to the compliance pack at month end, the sequence never changes.
Site walk and waste audit
We visit the plant, list every stream by weight and grade, and photograph the yard as it stands today.
Rate card and agreement
You get a written rate for each material, the lifting frequency and the payment terms. Nothing moves before it is signed.
Bins, manpower and collection
Bins are placed at source and our team runs the collection round on a fixed schedule so the shop floor stays clear.
Segregation and weighment
Material is sorted into saleable grades, then weighed on a calibrated bridge. Gross, tare and net go on the slip.
Processing and recycling
Bales and metal lots go to registered recyclers, and you get the paperwork showing which ones.
Payment and compliance pack
Payment is released against weighment, and you receive invoices, weighbridge slips and recycler receipts for the month.
The yard, gate to dispatch
Drawn to sequence: every lot crosses the weighbridge on the way in, is sorted and pressed in the bays, and leaves weighed again.

Every stream is graded, priced and routed on its own terms. Two are closed to new work at the moment, and say so.

01 · Waste
It leaves your line as waste
Cartons, liners and packaging come off the floor mixed with everything else, taking up yard space and costing you to store.

We sort it and press it
Sorted to grade, then pressed into a dense bale. Loose carton is mostly air; pressed, it is worth moving.

A mill breaks it back to fibre
The bale goes to a registered paper mill and is pulped — the fibre separated out and cleaned for reuse.

04 · Reel stock
Fibre becomes reel stock
The cleaned fibre is formed and wound into reels. At this point it is no longer waste; it is raw material with a price per tonne.

And it is a carton again
Reel stock is cut and formed into new cartons — back on a line, holding product. The same fibre, round again.

Film, drums, crates and rejected mouldings come off the line mixed together, taking up yard space and costing you to store.

We sort it by polymer and press it
Separated by polymer first, because mixed plastic is worth a fraction of sorted plastic, then pressed into bales that are economic to move.

03 · Shredded
A processor shreds and washes it
The bale goes to a registered processor, is shredded to flake and washed clean of labels, adhesive and residue.

04 · Granule
Flake becomes granule
Clean flake is extruded and cut into granule. At this point it is no longer waste; it is feedstock a moulder buys by the tonne.

And it is moulded again
Granule is moulded into new crates, drums and parts — back in service, holding product. The same polymer, round again.

We weigh on a third-party calibrated bridge with your representative present. The number is never in dispute.

Material goes to registered recyclers and you get a recovery statement showing how much was kept out of landfill.

For a one-time lot, roughly one tonne or a full vehicle load makes the trip viable. For plants on a monthly contract there is no minimum — we run the collection round whatever the volume that week.
